A generally fine experience
great location helpful staff rooftop bar slow internet strange washbasin bathroom panel
The location is great. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby (perfect for a foodie like me!). The rooftop bar offered lovely views at dusk. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
The wash basin being in the bedroom felt a bit odd to me. The light from the bathroom illuminated the bedroom (due to the glass panel) if I needed to use the toilet at night. I also found the Internet connection was slow.

The staff were helpful and cute during check in. The breakfast had a great variety. The rooftop swimming pool offered AMAZING views and a lovely atmosphere throughout my stay. The location provides convenient access to downtown areas for those who appreciate a walk.
I found that some advertised happy hour discounts were not straightforward.

i found the rooms spacious, with a comfortable bed. the shower pressure was excellent. the pool area provided striking views at night. i appreciated the tasty breakfast, with a wide array of choices. i found the location ideal, with eateries at 'the row' nearby. access to two train stations made exploring the city easy and affordable for me.

a decent stay
friendly staff helpful staff spacious room breakfast selection loud music overpriced beer foamy beer late noise
i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and very clean. the breakfast selection had a lot to offer.
the music from nearby clubs went on until 4am, three nights in a row. the noise was loud even on the 18th floor. beers at the pool bar weren't cold, overpriced, and mostly foam.

excellent location clean room helpful staff
I appreciated the location near many good cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean. I found the rooftop pool area lovely, with city views. The staff were always polite and helpful.
The gym was a bit small and it was crowded during peak hours

dirty door yellow stain
the gym included weights and machines, so that was acceptable (i guess).
I booked a room for four nights but found a dirty door and a big yellow stain on the couch. there was a sink right in the room. i requested a cancellation and refund immediately. it has been over two weeks, and i still haven't received the refund.
